Discontinuation of shipping preloaded with ReactOS releases

As of ReactOS 0.2.5 ReactOS download options for the final versions no longer offer the release preloaded in Bochs. This was done because of the following reasons:

• Bochs hasn't been updated for more than a year
• Compared to the other virtual machine apps, QEMU and VMware, Bochs is by far the slowest and hardest to use
• QEMU offers almost all of the functionality an end user/tester would want

Note : You CAN still download a ReactOS ISO and install that in Bochs, nothing is stopping you there. This ONLY means that the ReactOS developers will not do this ahead of time and offer it for official download.
